Tds return uploadation

Hi everyone,
I have uploaded TDS 2nd Quarter return of assessee but it got rejected by Tin Facilitation center and error shows as under:
(T-DB-2017)-Regular statement with same periodicity ( combination of Form, TAN, FY and Quarter) cannot be uploaded more than once.
This my original return and even i have matched the same from challan file too, Please suggest me. Thank you in advance.

Dear,
there must be some mistake in tds return.
if there are no mistake in TDS return, then register your TAN at tin-nsdl.com and check whether any return has been uploaded for relevant period or not.
some times, it happens that clients originally filed the return itself and lies to us due to some reasons.
