02 December 2010 for expenses booking entry on payment to non resident u/s. 195 following entry is passed.

Management fees A/c dr--48257
Misc. Expenses A/c dr--2128
to Mr. A A/c---48257
to Tds A/c-----2128

Expense of tds is borne by the compay. but company has not filed 27Q.concerned person contends that since tds is borne by us filing of return is not necessary.

waiting for ur reply urgently.
