Dear Sir,
After submitting the Quarterly Return of TDS in FORM-24Q & FORM-26Q for all the Quarters, any other form needed to submit or any other annual return needed to submit ?

no other form to submit. also there is no separate annual tds return to submit. returns submitted in relevant quarters are sufficient.
