Mr. Hardik file his Income Tax Retune & Refund Claim Only Rs.1,015.00 but One Debtors give TDS Certificate dated 10/05/2010 Rs.12,480.00 Please guide me - How to Claim this Rs.12,480.00 Refund Amount.

If income has been shown in that year and return filed in time then revise the earlier return

Since original return filed late the return cannot be revised and since income has been shown in F. Y. 2008 - 09 u cannot claim in F. Y. 2009 - 10 as per section 199.
So now nothing can be done. Only alternate left is try claiming in F. y. 2009 - 10.
