if a company is constructing hotel in Manali(H.P.),now according to a quotation of an interior designer, he has charged VAT on 80% of total value & Service Tax on balance 20%.now, please tell me the liability to deduct TDS & on what rate.If the total value of quotation was 1 crore.?

It is a total turnkey contract. TDS to be done under section 194C. 2%
