We have booked tickets from UAE Financial Services Ltd. Is TDS need to be done on the same??

You have acquired the service of UAE financial Services Ltd but no TDS is required to be deducted as it is not the specified payment where TDS is required to be deducted.
However, if we consider this as a payment to Non Resident then it is advisable that you deduct TDS @ 30.9%.
