Is the TDS deductible on the VAT & Service tax paid on the purchase of property under section 194IA ?
Please provide the answer with reference to the corresponding section no./Rule no. of the income Tax.

TDS will be deducted on VAT portion also but no need to deduct TDS on service tax portion if shown seperately - CBDT Circular No. 01/2014 dated 13.01.2014
