Is there any rule in Income tax that TDS on salaries should be deducted by the employer right from the beginning of F.Y i.e Apr 2008 ?
Or
Can it be deducted in any time during the finanial year
Or
Can it be deducted in any time during the finanial year

TDS shall be deducted on monthly basis, if salary exceeds minimum non-taxable limit.
