Tds on rent

11 April 2013 I am giving rent on a house property Rs240000 .
But there are two equal co-owner of the said property.
Do i still need to deduct tds?

in your case no need to deduct TDS because TDS is applicable if rent paid to a single person exceeds 180000/-
