Dear Experts,
We give our product's advertisement in Print-Media, Hoardings etc.
In case of Hoarding Rent, our ad agency gives us bill as : "Hoarding (size 10 x 20) at ...area in (name of city) for Sepr 2012".
Actually such bill is for Hoarding Rent. On such bill, how much TDS we have to deduct - 2% under 94C or 10% under 94I ?
Pl. guide me.

contract for putting of hoarding is in the nature of advertising contract and so provisions of sec 194C would be applicable. Deduct it at 2%.
