Tds on fd intrerest

05 September 2018 Dear experts,

I have a pvt ltd company. our current account having a fd which is going to mature on 25th sept, 2019. The interest on fd is 29352/- which seems to be tds chargable. Can I submit any declaration to bank requesting not to deduct any tds on interest? please advice.

05 September 2018 you can get no deduction/lower rate deduction certificate from commissioner of income tax and submit to bank.

or you can adjust the tds deducted from the income tax liability of your company or can claimed refund if no tax liability.
