I have queiry on tds

I going for book on business centr for 1 month for Rs 75000
Can i deduct tds on ernt

30 May 2008 No, If a Rent is Paid to Single Assessee and if it exceeds Rs.1,20,000/- u would be required to deduct the T.D.S.
