Iam the deductee the deductor quotes incorrect pan number on TDS Certificate and the return also submitted for F.Y 2008-09 & 2009-10 by the deductor. i got a notice regarding tds claim that acutal credits to another pan number. now what i want to do.

i think the only option is that deductor should revise his TDS returns for relevant periods.
