16 July 2012 one of my client has Commission income and on that Income TDS is Deducted by the Organization which making payment of commission but it has not issued Certificate till today nd also not showing in 26AS and every year same problem happened they paid tax too late and not issuing CERTIFICATE to me !! so what i can do please help me !! whether can i complain about this to Income tax authority !!

please give me suitable reply as early as possible !!

16 July 2012 Yes, you can lodge a complaint through public grivance site of the GoI.
