I HAVE TDS CERTIFICATE BUT AMT NOT CREDIT MY PAN CARD AND I WAS FILE ITR AS- 2009-10.

PLS ASK YOUR EMPLOYER WHETHER THE TDS RETURN HAS BEEN FILED PROPERLY. MAY BE THERE MIGHT BE AN ERROR IN SAME OR MISTAKE IN PAN NO IN TDS RETURN FILED.

The refund is possble.write to the person who issued the tds certificate and ask him to file correction statement of 24q or 26q whatever the case.
