how to verify tds deducted by bank if the account holder do not have pan card ?

In case person doesnt have PAN & there is TDS liability, Bank will deduct TDS @20%. He should check his pass for Debit entry towards TDS (if any) or contact the bank for details / clarifications. As there is no PAN, the person is not able to view Form 26AS.
