Was TDS applicable to HUF in the year FY-2006-07. I mean I have one client who has not deducted TDS on payments to Contractors in the FY-2006-07.

If the HUF was liable for audit u/s 44AB in F. Y. 2005 - 06 then he was to deduct TDS in F. Y. 2006 - 07.
