hello, any can suggest applicability of TDS to the following
1.Towards Attettation Chgs (Normal Apostille) Certificate of Pharmaceuticals Product
2.Payment towards obtaining GSP Certificates for our Export Shipments
3.Payment towards obtaining GSP Certificates for our Export Shipments
4.Towards purchase of Port Specific Export report with Indian exporter & Foreign exporter.

If professionals/consultant is going to complete all formalities, then he may charge his fees for getting such certificates done, in that case 194J applies and expenditure incurred by professionals/consultant for getting the certificates; in turns professionals/consultant is recovering any expense (incurred by him) from you then it is purely reimbursement & it will not attract TDS.
