what is the percentage of TDS applicable for an employee taken under contract and serving in the company ? 194 C or 194 J

194c Refers for contract
194j refers to Professional fees.
If a person is taken in contract u can deduct TDS as per 194c.
But make sure the agreement shows him/her as an contractee and not as an employee.
