03 November 2010 IF CHA Agency bill like:
Expenses incurred for your company (Rs.400) + his commission (Rs.100) = then TDS on Rs.500

IF CHA Agency bills like:
INVOICE NO.1 : Expenses incurred for your company (Rs.400)

INVOICE NO.2 : Only shows commission amount (Rs.100)
= then TDS only on Rs.100.
