There is a payment of Rs.360000/- p.a. for Infrastructure charges by a proprietory concern to a Pvt. Ltd. Company for using their premises...
Both firms are sister concerns...
At what rate the proprietory concern should deduct tax????

It should be deducted u/s 194I @ 10%.

it is based on agreement.
if it is included in rent then 194I
or some other agreement for maintenance then 194C
if it is included in rent then 194I
or some other agreement for maintenance then 194C
