Hi,
What is the percentage of TDS on payment made to a Contract Employee. He is not on the rolls of the Company. But, he is a regular employee. Is the TDS same as that of a Salaried Person? or Rate as applicable to Professional/ Technical Payments?

If contract shows that he is employee of the company then TDS same as that of salaried person otherwise Professional Payment rate applicable.
