IS IT THAT TRANSPORT COMPANY INCLUDES CLEARING AND FORWARDING AGENCY FOR APPLICABILITY OF NIL RATE TDS ???

For Transport: TDS should be nil. but PAN no. must be quote.
For C & F : 2% TDS is applicable.
For C & F : 2% TDS is applicable.
