(Querist)
20 June 2013 One of my client got TDS certificate from bank for TDS on bank interest. but bank has not paid or filed tds return till date. even so many reminder has been sent to bank but bank has not taken any action till tate. due to which client has got notice of demand.

what action should i do. for getting credit of such TDS of which bank has not giving the tds credit by filing its tds return

and where i should make an application. or contact


please help........
