SUPPLY OF READY MIX CONCRETE ATTRACTS TDS OR NOT.PLS CLARIFY ME.

supply of ready mix concrete do not attract TDS provisions as it is a sale of goods contract.And the supplier will levy VAT on the bill amount.
The provisions of Section 194C would apply in case of supply of any article or thing as per prescribed specifications only if it is not a contract for sale.
