what we have to do if tax credit statement form 26as amount given in income tax site a/c and summary of tds in form 16 does not match.

actualy my brother doesn't file returns of ay :2011-12 and he has refund amount for that year.In form 16 they show 4 quarters tds summary.But in form 26as of his a/c shows 3 quarters amount.what we have to do?
