Is profit on sale of agricultural land taxable under other source

If Agriculture land is in Rural area then it is not capital assets so its gain is not taxable, But if the agriculture land is in urban area then capital gain is taxable.
It will be taxable under 'Capital gains' not as 'Other Sources'
