TAX AUDIT OF A PROFESSIONAL IS DONE BY CA UNDER SECTION 44AB ON SEPT.30,2012.
BUT NOT FURNISHED ANYWHERE.
INCOME TAX RETURN IS FILED ON 30TH OCTOBER 2012.
WHAT KIND OF COMPLICATION CAN ARISE,ASSESSEE HAS GOT AUDIT REPORT ON OR BEFORE 30TH SEPTEMEBER 2012 DUE DATE.
AND FILES INCOME TAX RETURN ON 30TH OCTOBER 2012 LATE BY 1 MONTH.

The only requirement is tax Audit should be done upto 30th september, return may be filed later. So I donot see any problem in your case.

No there is no such provision for assesse to furnish Tax Audit report to Income tax authorities before 30th September.
