Tally erp9, about bank account disply

Sir,
I am using Tally ERP9, yesterday I found that, under Bank Account-out of 3 banks only 2 bank shown on screen.i.e.we are having A,B,C these 3 banks out of this Bank C could not display for the F.Y.2012-13.The C Bank we had upto 15-Sep 2012.
What is the problem with this program.

It seems balance of C bank was transfered or closed
