our company wants to set up cold storage for seeds for theproduction of seeds on its own
is it possible to Claim the Capital Subsidy on Cost

Yes u can claim capital subsidy on cost under MOFPI i.e ministery of food processing industry However your client is going to set up it for seeds so pl confirm it from site.
