IS IT POSSIBLE TO SUBMITT THE INCOMETAX RETURN WITHOUT 16 A FOR THE TDS REFUND. IF ANY ONE DOSE NOT HAVE THE 16 A, HOW HE CAN KNOW THE DEDUCTED TAX PAID TO IT DEPT OR NOT KINDLY LET US KNOW , BECAUSE MANY COMPANIES NOT ISSUING 16 A,

It is possible to file income tax return with out TDS certificate only you should collect deductors TAN number, Amount Paid, and TDS collected and credited, this information you can avail by registering IN NSDL WEB SITE 'VIEW ANNUAL TAX STATEMENT'' AND DOWN LOAD 26AS Here all TDS details required for filing income tax return IS AVAILABLE
