29 January 2020 My Company is registered in Delhi and both directors not from Delhi but one from Punjab and another from Uttar Pradesh. Procedure of striking off is under taking by Mumbai Practicing Company Secretary in that case can we use Maharastra stamp papers for Affidavit and Indemnity Bond.
