10 July 2009 My frind is persuing his articles without receiving Stipend. Can he do so, if he wish?? Is that fine or has he get to face any consequences?? Please let me know..
Does he need to mention this fact to the Institute??

Please he is too tensed plz reply early.

10 July 2009 It will not create any problem for him/her but it can create problem for his Boss if he/she complaint against him.......So he/she is at the top of his/her boss if he will create any prob in future.....
