Dear all,
Company having Business loss as well STCG. as i know the CY B.Loss cannot be adjusted against STCG. Can MAT credit available be adjusted against the tax payable on account of STCG ?

Current years non specualtion business loss can be set off against current years STCG.
Mat credit can also be adjusted for paying tax on STCG.
