can any one please say me about commodity market?

Like shares there is a market of commodities organised and run by commodities Exchanges like MCEX or NCDEX. The commidity Exchange also work on the same norms. In commodities market the derivatives are also convertible in deliveries. Certain other terms like Variety of the commodity its validation and warehousing are also involved in commodity trading.
