13 February 2009 I AM COMPANY SECREATRY OF A LISTED COMPANY. ONE OF OUR DIRECTORS HAS GIVEN 30000 SHARES AS SECURITY TO ANOTHER LISTED COMPANY.DIRECTOR SHARE IN THE COMPANY IS 0.90%. PLEASE ANSWER THAT WHETHER INTIMATION TO SEBI IS REQUIRED OR NOT AND IF YES UNDER WHAT REGULATIONS AND FORM.
