dealing in shares - on day to day basis , at times the shares are disposed off on intra day basis & also at times after few months. Delivery of shares is taken in demat a/c. Does it amount to a business activity or investment activity?? pl. reply soon.

Business activity unless in some cases if your are able to prove that some investment are made for investment purposes
