i am salary person & share business income
sir my question is
share purchase totat
- share sales total = intraday profit & loss
example :
purchase = 100 share x 10 rate = 1000 purchse date 24-12-2010
sales = 100 share x 15 rate = 1500
sales date 24-12-2010
-------
share intraday profit 500/-
i this profit is tax free / taxable
where is take income for under this income
sir reply is urgent

Speculation business income with ur share business income

This is Speculation Profit/Loss Which is Chargeable to PGBP head.
Same Will be Chargeable as Per Normal Tax Rate.
