Share capital wrongly mentioned while incorp. of pvt co.

A PVT LTD Co. has been incorporated in Aug 17 with a paid up share capital of 100000 but wrongly it was mention in RoC form as 1000000. How can it be corrected. If not how to resolve the situation. Sahreholder was not in position to introduce 10 lakhs. pls help

Visit concerned ROC and request to allow the rectification in the incorporation forms.

we reached to ROC Kanpur but they told that it can be rectified only from High Court

For such type of rectification Just File MGT 7 of first year with correct Share Capital. ROC database will automatically gets corrected
