& what its procedure as per excise rule,

17 September 2016 Self sealing can be done by Manufacturer.
Intimation should be given within 24 hours before export
Export documents should be submitted with in 24 hours from the date of export ( refer (Circular No. 736/52/2003-CX. Dated 11.8.2003).)
Export procedure remains same
