12 August 2010 I have applied for Rs. 20,000/- IFCI infrastructure bonds permissible under 80 ccf in the name of my spouse who is not working. will i be able to claim the deduction in my tax return.

It shall be mandatory for the subscribers to furnish there PAN to the issuer.
If you mention spouse's PAN THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED FOR DEDUCTION.
