Can Form DPT-4 file with additional fees on or after 30/06/2014 or not if any penalty imposed if DPT-4 file after 30/06/2014 but before as the provision of the section 403 of the companies act please clear

Additional fees upto 12 times is levied for late filing of DPT-4. Beyond 270 days, penalty can be levied.
