SIR , IF I RECEIVED LOAN OF RS. 19500/- ON 04/09/2010 FROM X AND ON 05/09/2010 AGAIN I RECEIVED LOAN FROM X RS. 19500/- THEN THE TOTAL LOAN COMES TO RS. 39000/-
WHILE SECTION 269SS SAYS NO ANY LOAN CAN BE TAKEN ABOVE RS. 20000/-
CAN I TAKE LOAN FROM A SINGLE PERSION ABOVE RS. 20000/- IN THE WHOLE YEAR ON DIFERRENT DATE , ON EACH DATE THE AMOUNT WILL BE BELOW RS. 20000/-
