Land lord claims Rs.13000/- pm as rent and Rs.3000/- pm as Service Charges in the same bill. Is section 194I applicable

TDS @ 10.3% is applicable only if the rent exceeds Rs 1.8 L annually. This limit, which was Rs 1.2 L earlier, has been increased from 01.04.2010.Now in ur case u r paying Rs.13000 pm ie;Rs.156000 p.a Therefore no TDS.
