If a company remains listed upto 31st December,2014 and thereafter became un-listed,whether it will require secretarial audit for the year 2014-15 from 1st April,20-14 to till date of de-listing?

According to my view, Secretarial audit report for the period 01/04/2014 till the date of delisting need to be obtained
