Can a private co. issue debenture?
An unlisted co. which is desire to make public deposit or issue debenture more than 50 person but Co. is not listed in Stock Exchange & not wnat to be registered as a listed co.
How is it possible for an unlisted co. issue debenture or public deposit more than 50 without registered as a listed co.
Plz suggest me, whats procedure for that?
