Dear experts, now i am doing bcom. After bcom i want to do CS course. But my friend is saying that CA scope is more than CS. Now i am in confusion please answer my query.. Whether i go or CA or CS.

Now a daya demand for CS has incresaed many fold due to following
-Compulsory appointment in company's act
-more compliances in ROC.
-SEBI matters
-merger & acquisition
-drafing of agreements
-forein investments matters
But CA's are suppose to do mainly accounts and taxation matters untill and unless one gets other kind of exposure during training or gets appointed in some consultancy firm or banks/NBFC.
Its quite difficult to say that which course is better. Its no doubt that CA field is more wide but more clerical also.
