Sales return excise utilization

first..I wish u a very happy new year to all.

I want to know about sales return. If excise invoice raised on June 14 and total invoice returned by party in july 14 with manufacture invoice only.

We show return details on July 14 ER return but cenvat credit not utilized. Kindly confirm is there is any time limit for cenvat utilization?

06 January 2015 As per Amended Cenvat Credit rules you have to avail CENVAT credit with in 6 months from the date of invoice.

and you can utilize at any time thereafter, there is no time limit on use of Credit.

Thank you for reply. Kindly confirm that "6 months time limit" is before nov 14 or after nov 14? also kindly confirm can i utilize june 14 sales return cenvat this month i.e Dec 14?
