09 August 2010 I look after the individual accounts as well as the directors accounts. the director wants to sell shares.what are the points to be looked into durng a transaction of sale of shares of a unlisted pvt company.THanks in advance.

09 August 2010 Have a share transfer deed and share certificate duly transferred in the name of the person buying it and resolution for approval of transfer by the board.
