in case of a partnership firm where HUF is a partner and from that firm if salary, interest, rent is paid to co - parceners of HUF in there Individual capacity, what relation should be shown in form 3 CD under Section 40A(2b)

19 August 2013 Yes it has to be mentioned in the 3 CD about payment made to the relatives of HUF u/s 40A(2b). The relation should be shown as the co-parceners of karta of HUF partner
